Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons and promotional events, processing may require additional time. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days depending on the destination country’s customs processing.

Order Tracking
All orders receive tracking numbers via email once shipped. You can track your package directly through our website using your order number and email address. Tracking updates are provided by our carrier partners.

Shipping Restrictions
Some items may require special handling or have shipping restrictions due to size, value, or composition. These restrictions are clearly noted on product pages before purchase.

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they have different availability dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping charges apply for multiple shipments.

Address Verification
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of order placement.

Package Insurance
All orders include insurance against loss or damage during transit. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery date. Please inspect packages upon delivery and note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Signature Requirements
Orders valued over $250 require signature confirmation upon delivery. This requirement cannot be waived for security reasons. The carrier will attempt delivery three times before returning to sender.

We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and delivery speed to ensure reliable service.

International Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.

Order Processing
Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday through Sunday process the following business day. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
