Return Policy Overview
We want you to love everything you order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Start your return through our online portal. You’ll need your order number and email address. Once approved, you’ll receive prepaid return shipping labels via email. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Exchange Options
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item, process a return and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing new orders promptly to ensure size and color availability.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale: clearance merchandise, personalized items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked as final sale at purchase. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement for verified damaged/defective items.
Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit never expires and is delivered via email immediately after return processing.
Return Shipping Labels
Prepaid return labels are provided for domestic returns. Labels must be used within 30 days of issuance. Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds for international returns.
Holiday Return Policy
Extended return periods are offered during holiday seasons. Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
Return Status Tracking
Track your return status through our online portal. You’ll receive email updates at key stages: return initiation, package receipt, processing completion, and refund issuance.
Multiple Item Returns
You may return multiple items from the same order in one package. Please include all return documentation and ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Besides final sale merchandise, the following cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items. Please see product descriptions for specific return restrictions.
Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Environmental Initiative
We partner with sustainable logistics providers to minimize the environmental impact of returns. Our packaging is recyclable, and we encourage customers to reuse shipping materials when possible.
Return Authorization
While not required, we recommend using our online return portal to ensure proper processing. Returns without authorization may experience delays in processing and refund issuance.
Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo quality inspection. Items that fail inspection due to wear, damage, or alteration will be returned to the customer without refund.
